- Removed system that disables MES when SyncDistance is too low and Selective Physics Updates is enabled.
- This is because of recent changes to how SyncDistance is handled on consoles (ie, locked to a low value)
- That anniversary update really did a number...

- Added some fixes to randomized weapons starting at max targeting range, because apparently some folks found it "inconvenient" having their starter bases glassed from orbit by a massive super laser attached to a 150 block ship. Who knew, eh?!

- Added potential fix for exception in TriggerSystem
- Added SearchLights to default weapon randomization blacklist (fixes searchlights being used with weaponcore)
- Added potential fix for Index out of range exception in GridEntity
- Added potential fix for race condition when weapon ranges are set to max via trigger early.
- Added user-suggested potential fix for NPC Defense Shields not being added in some cases
- Added SpawnCondition for checking specific blocks exist in the spawn radius (CptArthur)
- Adjusted NPC Cleanup rules to help avoid cleaning player owned grids if attached to an NPC that is being removed.
- Added additional logging to NPC Cleanup to detect any potential future issues with this.
- That's it. There's no more patch notes.
