SWCMod Version 2.15

New Features:

Introduced Kokan Valley SAAS v1.

Introduced OP First Light SAAS v4. This layer also introduces extended terrain to the east. 5 new capture points and a multitude of new areas have been created to breathe new life into OPFL.

Infantry Redux Changes:

Increased sprint speed multiplier from 1.55 to 1.6
Increased jump height from 310 to 340
Reduced max acceleration from 1000 to 930
Reduced strafe speed multiplier from 0.7 to 0.6
Reduced backwards speed multiplier from 0.6 to 0.5
Fixed bug where the consecutive jumping index wasn't being cleared
Fixed bug where stamina UI wasn't being recreated on map change (needs testing)

Changed Features:

Added the Infantry Redux changes to all CAAS layers except Narva, Chora and Yehorivka as they are the last layers to be played in the current season of SWC.

The FileVersion has been updated, a new File GUID has been generated for version 2.15 due to changes to the Config Defaults. This means that all Configs for Servers will be forcefully recreated from Defaults to ensure that the new variables are properly set. To avoid loss of settings we recommend you backup your Server Configs before updating the mod on your Server so that you can recover any settings you may have changed.

SWCMod Version 2.13

Infantry Redux Changes:

Introduced the Infantry Redux modifications to SWC_Sumari_SAAS_V1 and SWC_Mestia_CAAS_V1 (this CAAS layer is not used in the current season) to allow for testing US and RU as well as for a different landscape scenarios to OPFL.

Added a 1 second delay before stamina regens in the top stamina bar
Added a fixed climb penalty to the top stamina bar, penalties still disabled for the bottom bar
Reduced backwards walk speed multiplier from 0.7 to 0.6
Reduced sprint speed multiplier from 1.7 to 1.55
Fixed 2 stage stamina bar UI disappearing after changing map (needs testing)
Fixed vanilla diagonal movement animations that were missing footsteps and audio cues while ADS walking

SWCMod Version 2.12

Infantry Redux Changes:

The following changes are part of the Infantry Redux Mod which |F|Arkanoid has been working on and which we are implementing on SWC_OPFirstLight_SAAS_V3 only to trial, these changes DO NOT affect any part of the SWCMod outside of the SWC_OPFirstLight_SAAS_V3 layer and DO NOT affect the current Season of SWC.

Movement
Movement acceleration increased from 500 to 1000
Base movement speed increased from 300 to 330
Strafe speed multiplier increased from 0.5 to 0.7
Backstep speed miltiplier increased from 0.4 to 0.7
Going prone always uses the fast prone animation, even when standing still.
Transition time from Sprint to ADS reduced from 0.8 to 0.35. Weapon ADS time remains at defaults.

Gunplay
New custom weapon bob effect for moving while ADS, replacing the old effect (except for prone). The effect is triggered by each footstep rather than being a constant sway. Your movement speed adjusts the strength of the effect. Moving slower (e.g strafing or crouched) results in less weapon bob.
Base sight misalignment reduced from 1.0 to 0.3
Additive sight misalignment reduced from 1.0 to 0.1. Sight misalignment causes the weapon sights to trail behind the mouse when you move your mouse. With additive sight misalignment, moving your mouse faster results in the sights trailing further behind. This feature is in essence a negative mouse acceleration which prevents players forming muscle memory and prevents flickshots. The base sight misalignment effect is more cosmetic.
Fixed an incorrect calculation of ADS Zoom level for all weapons. The game now takes the player's configured FOV into account when zooming in. Default FOV is unchanged so only players using >90 FOV will notice the difference. This fix only applies to 16:9 and 16:10 aspect ratios, and the effect is capped at 108 FOV.
Reworked sway for ADS. Instead of swaying all the time, when you ADS weapon sway is briefly reset to your exact point of aim and sways away from it afterwards. This is the second change designed to help preserve players' muscle memory.

Stamina
A new 2 part stamina bar is implemented. The top bar gives no penalties to sway, recoil, or movement speed. It regens at full speed while the player continues to move. The bottom bar works like the vanilla stamina bar, with penalties to sway, recoil, and movement speed the lower it is. Overall stamina has not been increased, but the regen in the top bar results in more stamina for players in general.
After being revived, stamina regenerates slowly. Moving at all drains stamina slowly. The regeneration is capped at half of your stamina.

Known Issues
Climbing incorrectly drains the bottom bar. Stamina penalties for climbing have been disabled until a fix is found.

SWCMod Version 2.11

New Features:

Introducing OP First Light SAAS V3. We have taken it upon ourselves to reinvent OPFL with the same dense forest fighting but with new lighting and a new Layer that brings 2 new Capture Points never before seen on OPFL. Freight Station and Checkpoint are 2 brand new Capture Points that can be found North West and South West of Storage respectively. The Minimap has been updated and is much clearer and more detailed. These changes are only available in OPFL SAAS V3 as a trial, we want feedback first before forcing it on the Original Layer.

Implemented a HAB Overrun perimeter visualisation which shows the perimeter that the overrun mechanic is triggered by. This is only available for Casters and can be enabled/disabled on the Deployment Menu if desired but it is on by default.

Changed Features:

Insert Mode can now be exited with Right Click to make it more consistent with the Follow and Spectate Cam method of detachment.

Narva
Replaced the Stryker on the US side for another Bradley for balance reasons.

Fixed lighting glitch for Kohat Layer.

Fixed an issue with the Disabled Spawning Icon on the HAB Status Actor which was not being shown when the HAB was at 100% health and either the Overrun mechanic was active or the FOB was dug down sufficiently to disable the HAB.

Fixed an issue where Emplacements were being displayed on the Killfeed when they were destroyed. They would appear as UNDEFINED. They now should no longer appear at all which was our original intention.

SWCMod Version 2.10
