- Punishment and Exterminatus will now also kills extra pops once planet devastation reaches 100%

- Fixes missing localisation for War in Hell.

- Only one AFE will declare War in Hell at a time.

- Dark Matter Drawing now unlocks the ability to harvest Dark Energy from Black Holes as well.

- SOPHIA Databank will be generated and added to the contact on an on-going game that activates ACOT later on.

- Memelords no longer require any upkeeps.

- Buffs the hit points of Star Dominator.

- Nerfs the hit points and regenerations of Herculean.

- Increase upkeep costs of some precursor starbase modules.

- Cybermancers have higher upkeeps, adds slightly less assembly point.

- Alpha Capital provides less cybermancers.

- Adds localisation to Unstable Fractured Worlds.

- Recently bombed worlds will now turn into unstable fractured worlds first, and will require a few decades before they turn into normal fractured worlds.

- Giga Fortresses restrictions have all been removed. You can now build them on any planets.

- The stats for stationary precursor units such as starbases or sentinels have been heavily adjusted.

- Starbase Hull Tech nerfed from 75% to 25%

- Greatly increases the stats of Omega-Tier Techs.

- Phanon Citadels no longer incorrectly use Stellarite.

- Fixes Pursuit of the Past not actually giving you the ability to build Escorts/BCs/Guardians on any type of shipyards.

- Fixes Galleon obtained from Relic to not have correct components.

- Fixes Oracle/Initializer computers needing Emissary Tech instead of their own.

- Hyperion is given a new look with improved weapon locators.

- Ascended Empires can now start Alpha Project if they finish the dig site.

- Many army techs have been moved to Society - Military Theory fields.

- Precursor Databank Tech and Precursor Reimagination have been moved to Physics - Computing Fields.

- AI will now be able to reliably get Delta and Alpha Tech now.

- Adjust stats for some weapons.

- Ascended Empires may now get the Alpha Event to pop up if they possess one of the precursor designs from the Dig Site or any default empire has Alpha Tech. (They still won't look up for one by themselves if they ascend before trying to understand more about precursors)

- Adds the first Archaeology Site for ACOT, the Battlefield of Hubris which can give you precursor rewards or some very good stuffs.

- Adds a hidden Phanon or (Phi) Tier of Technology that can only be accessed with a debug command at the moment.

- Fixes Delta Battleship Stern C and D having better sections than they should.

- Fixes resources in market window to be ERROORRRRRRRRRRR

- Fixes Megashipyard not being able to build basic precursor ships after getting the perks.

- Minor other tweaks/fixes that I kinda forgot.

### Changes ###

- Pursuit of the Past will now show up as soon as you have met a FE (But still require you to ask Sophia.

- Fractured and Ultrafractured Worlds now have custom sounds.
