Published v.1286

The paladin is in its first release beta stage. A lot of the graphics are slightly incomplete, the balance is likely needing some work, and the icons are placeholders in some cases.
A few skills are incomplete or copies of another while I rework them.
We waited long enough, time to get it to you!

Damage reduced by 35%

TIER 1 DARKNESSFALLS alterations
Dragon Rescue
All timers for next spawn halved.
All kill counters for how many monsters need to die before next spawning halved. (this resets the timer for next spawn, so if you kill fast enough the timer doesn't kick in, just restarts and this takes over)
Golden Boss Dragon health reduced by 25%
-- We will have to test to see if this creates too much lag or not.

EMBERMAGE
Deaths Bounty
5skillpoints: Now debuffs enemies damage reflection while applied (can stack)
10skillpoints: Now debuffs enemies Missile reflection while applied (can stack)

Master Minions
All master minions now have a DR buff inherently assigned to them when being summoned.
25% at 1 skill point
35% at 5
45% at 10
55% at 15

All master minion BUFFS at 10 skill points now give 25% DR up from 10%
All master minion BUFFS at 15 skill points now give 50% DR up from 25%, allowing the castable DR buff to all necromancer minions to top out at 150% when stacked from all three master minions, instead of previous 75%.
This will help in end game tiers.


PALADIN

Divinity Skill Page

T1: Abolition added, AOE slam attack, gains extra dps and range with full charge ([color=blue]lightning damage[/color])
T2: Blessing of Freedom added, XX second buff that adds movement resistances and movement speed (currently pull resistance not showing up [color=brown]BUG[/color])

OUTLANDER

Glaive Sweep
Removed stun ignore_resistance from the first 14 skill points of the skill
Lowered the Ignore to a much more marginal number (will continue to balance)
Lowered knockback bonus per skill point % by a large amount, it still increases but not nearly as much per point.

Shadowling Brute
Summon Duration's base length has been increased by 30%
Now uses its masters DPS for the Charge and Jump attacks.
Jump attack and Charge have had their internal cooldowns lowered from 5 seconds to 3.

Shadowlings
Health increased per tier, greatly.
Duration of summon increased by 30%

TIER1 WEAPONS

Wrathful Phoenix bow
Ranger summon changes:
Ranger now has higher damage output.
Ranger now has vastly more armor.
Ranger has changed to be wearing the Heroic Phoenix armor and bow.

Dreadful Incognito Staff added
Added to Rakvar's Challenge chest.
Has a proc that hits all pets around the player with a buff that causes the Minions to steal life on hit to their master, and gives pets another 25% DR for its duration.

Harrowing Eclipse
Bow added, does ICE damage and procs a ICE blast
Chest and Gloves changed from having Staff/wand affix to a ranged bonus affix, will need to get new pieces to find the change.
Added to Netherlords challenge chest

HALLOWEEN QUEST
Portal to the quest dungeon has been removed from tablemountain.

WARLOCK

Burning Blade
Starting damage % increased by 10%
increase per skill point increased to 3% per investment from 2%

NetherSlash
increase per skill point increased to 5% per investment from 3%

RANGER

Electrocute
Lowered the shock value of electrocute skill.


OUTLANDER
Glaive Throw
Minimum damage amounts increase as the skill increases

Glaive Sweep
GSweep is now a 3 part attack, with a radius of 3, 5 and 7, potentially hitting monsters 3 times each cast.
GSweep now ignores 15% of a targets stun resistence
GSweep knockback has been increased by a % per skill point invested
Glaivesweep has had a small 3 second cool down added to it

Flaming Glaive
Now shoots flaming glaive to the front of the player
Glaives have 30 range of flight, and pierce enemies.
Glaives main purpose will be to debuff enemies they strike
Glaives have a small 1 second cool down.
debuff is increased per skill point over previous amounts

Exploding Gliave
Increased minimum amount of damage done per skill point to match increase in maximum damage increase for both the glaive and explosion.



Realm of Discord
All boss levels have major increase in regularity of occurrence, you still have to pick the right portal.

Halloween quest tweaks

RANGER

Slashing wounds
now uses a small % of focus in its equation as a bonus modifier

Electrocute
this will slightly mess up the electrocute 'buff' display.
added in a SHOCK trigger to fire 100% on each hit.
'every time a player hits with electrocute counters a small damage shock is added to their attack, increases in amount for how many electrocute counters the player has'

Does not subtract shock counters.
Makes Electrocute do constant bonus damage with a big explosion at the end as it currently does.
has a 100 ms internal delay, does AOE damage when procing

Storm Surge
Now allows pistols to be used, and correctly allows crossbows!


HANDCROSSBOWS
Unique Handcrossbows now have a rarity of 100, and should show up

UNSUMMON MERCENARY SCROLL
Fixed it so that it no longer also summons a mercenary, oops.


TIER2 TEST DUNGEON and **LIMITED TIME** HALLOWEEN REWARD QUEST
I have brought back the dead for a true look at how Tier2 could function
Within the Test dungeon is a new quest giver, and 6 bosses to potentially defeat!

A **NEW** Mythical Pumpkin Head awaits, there are infact 4 new variations of "The Dark Harvest" Rewards... Each character can complete the quest once, I wonder if anyone will actually be able to.

You MIGHT need to group up for this one.
