Added setting for newborn spawns from hive

Performance update: After playing very late game with infestations spawning near max hives with hundreds of insects I noticed slowdown which is normal, but there was hitching. I made tweaks to gain some increases here and there. It seemed to run better. Let me know if any of these changes have any negative affects on gameplay. I did not notice any.

Change: Insects that get attacked by something will call nearby reinforcements to help if any are nearby.
Change: Hives that get triggered by attacking faction pawns to make insects get more aggressive notify all nearby hives in a fairly large radius so that they all become aggressive.

Fix: I made a typo when I added the notifications setting and it was affecting the queensAllowed setting

Bugfix: Raids with insects were looking for bug apparel which did not exist. Patched and removed the problem. No more errors.

Bugfix: Insect settlements (World Infestations) methods have been patched up. They spawn directedly from the map gen resolvers now without the hacky method used before. There is now more settlement names and more randomness with regards to item spawns and corpses nearby too. To defeat the world infestation location you must clear out all the bugs and hives in the map.

Fix/Change: Hives no longer spawn child hives in fogged areas of the map.

Removed tradetags in the xml file for the queen insects. It was not intended for traders to sell queens.

removed lighting requirement for infestation cell finder and laying eggs
queens will lay eggs outside if no roofed areas are found in its territory
slightly higher chance for queen spawning from egg
spawning queens from eggs or migrations will try to find new hive location in caves
spawning queens in any method will all be female
queens without hive workers will perform hunting and gathering jobs
hatched insects will be newborn and not have random ages upon spawning
optimized harvest targeting to reduce game hitching

Fixed bug in LordJob that could cause hive to assault the player colony when attacking any members of the hive, assaulting the colony should only happen when attacking the queen specifically.
