Patch #20


  • Escorts, Battlecruisers, Fallen Titans, and Goliaths can now be built by AEs for the federation fleet.

  • Added new city set.

  • Localisation fixes.

  • Potential fix for missing desc fallen_technologies.2.desc.jb

  • Added an event for 1 AI empire to get Dark Matter Power at end game.

  • Added another event for AI default empire to obtain Dark Matter Power research option when defeating a FE/AFE/AE/LE military fleet in battle, unless the said empire has enigmatic engineering ascension perk.

  • Banished Ascendancy subject type renamed to Banished Empire to further distinguish it from the government.

  • Ascended Empire AI made to spend more resource on military as opposed to colony development.

  • Galactic Ascendancy Ascension Perk now requires 6 previous Ascension Perks to be selected first.

  • Galactic Architect civic added as one of the possible Ascended Hive Mind options.

  • FE Titan limit increased to 40 per empire, 100 naval cap per 1.

  • AI AE scripted to build more titans.

  • Economic Prosperity civic nerfed to provide +25% energy and minerals instead of +50%.

  • End Threat now covers more scenarios: Defaults can declare on AE, AFE can also declare on AE and vice versa, AE can also declare on other AE.

  • Banished Empire now taxed 25% influence.

  • Gifting battlecruisers to subjects now require you to have researched battlecruisers first.

  • Corrected many white colossus energy effects not being white.

  • World Architect civics have had their triggers expanded to cover more APs.

  • Custom Tooltips added for the main ascension event.

  • Scripture Scholars have had their stats changed. Removed Terraforming cost and speed buffs, and instead it has a 25% research speed bonus.

  • Added a debug event zofe_debug.1 to change current shipset/cityset into any of ZoFE's graphical cultures.

  • Sneaky feature added.

  • End Threat can now be declared on Ascended Empires.

  • Fallen Empire Storage reduced to 5x of normal empires. I think you guys know why. -.-

  • Fixes for Colony Transfer for AE.

  • Starbase appearance event now respawns the Citadel, Star Fortress, Starhold, Starport, or Outpost levels instead of downgrading them all to Outpost.

  • Starbase appearance event text now reflects the above change.

  • FE ships technology icons updated. (Credits to Chirumiru ShiRoz who is a lot more skilled with icons than I am lol)

  • Galactic Ascendancy AP has been reworked slightly, making it more difficult to achieve by adjusting its tech requirements.

  • Galactic Ascendancy AP now requires Dark Matter Power Core instead of Dark Matter Drawing.

  • Fallen Technologies 2 now requires Dark Matter Thrusters instead of Thruster 4.

  • Fixed broken localisation for ascended_empires_gifts.3.desc

  • Guardian events support removed.

  • Prophet class shield utility fixed.

  • AE subjugation wargoal is now total war and surrender acceptance removed.

  • Ascended Hunger CB now requires neighbor status.

  • Technological Mastery is buffed to provide 50% resource bonus just as Ancient Caches of Technology was.

  • Many Wargoals have had their coding adjusted to reflect changes in 2.0.4

Patch #16

  • War in Heaven support added. This requires war_in_heaven events file being overwritten entirely. In addition, Ascended Empires may now participate in War in Heaven by fighting with one Awakened Fallen Empire as an ally, or fighting both Awakened Fallen Empires simultaneously and all of Ascended Empire's subjects will join this war.

  • Lost Empire country type all_technology_module replaced with standard_technology_module.

  • cb_subjugation overwritten to prevent awakened fallen empires to acquire this cb against ascended empires.

  • Ascended Machine Empire subjects will no longer spam empty boxes to their overlords.

  • Adjusted Inwards Perfection Personality weight, so that AI Ascended Empires won't deviate from it.

  • Trump event localisation improvements.

  • Ascended Empire subjugation is still total war, but has -100 surrender acceptance set (experiment to address a concern).

  • Ascended Empires can now use Colossus wargoal on other Ascended Empires.

  • Ascended Empires subjugation CB no longer available against any other empire than default.

  • Also added support for Lost Empire country types found in Paradise Lost.
