I have already written in HUGE LETTERS at the top of the mod, which tells you NOT to run this with Stellaris 2.6, and that there is ZoFE 3.0 for Stellaris 2.6, which I also linked at the top of the mod?

I am looking for 10 beta testers for ZoFE 3.0. PM me if interested. Beta tests will start on Saturday up until release.

Changes a lot of the vanilla casus belli requirements, but it hasn't been updated for a while
In the changelog it has this under it:Major Bugfixes (United Federation Members can now leave, Federation starting Laws fixed, you have now a wargoal against all other default empires at Federation Level 5)
@WilksCheckov This version is not supposed to be used with 2.6, which features significant code changes.
