Advanced Combat Environment 3 (ACE3)

ACE3 is the collaborative efforts of the former AGM and CSE teams, along with many of the developers from Arma 2's ACE2 project.

This mod is entirely open-source (we are hosted on GitHub[]), and everyone is free to propose changes or maintain their own, customized version as long as they make their changes open to the public in accordance with the GNU General Public License.

ACE3 is built modularly, thus a team can maintain its own tailored version, excluding a select number of components that they don't like, or which conflict with other addons. Larger components themselves, like the medical system and other core features also include various customization options, allowing mission designers and communities to tweak the overall experience.

Nah its all good. I just started with ArmA 3 and I've never modded a game like it before. I don't have the knowledge or software to open/repair pbo files. I wouldn't know the chain of support if I was looking at it. Which I thought I was.

I'm not here to start an argument. I'm fucking asking for help. I'm not a fucking modder sadly, so I can't figure it out. I'm either asking for education or tips, not a whole new fucking mod.

@Wooderson bull. If he figured it out have him post it or link it. Otherwise you're full of shit.

@s.frain84, sorry friend, but I don't know. Can anyone else can tell.

And if not difficult, you can say how you work ACE mod itself. It's just, as you can see, we have a little problem here that really bothers us. The fact is that for several days, namely 4 days does not work ACE mod, giving an error due to outdated software.

Hi guys i don't mean to bump what is being discussed but I need. Help Every time i go to load my saved game it comes up with too many virtual memory blocks requested. What does that mean and is there any solutions I have googled it but found no fixes cheers

@Bux, Wait for help from the developers is not necessary, right? As you try to explain the people below, they do not happen absolutely nothing after the actions that you advise. And apparently you're leaving us to fend for ourselves.

I all understand that too small a staff working on fashion, you are well done without a doubt. But you can at least try to understand the problem, and not to say the same thing every time: go to the site, download and can be a ride, and maybe not. Well, what is this attitude to subscribers. We've been trying for three days now to explain that the methods you're suggesting don't work. You don't want to hear it. And refer to the fact that they say 5 people do not matter and that's it.

Understand finally, there are not all people understand the game files, not all know how to work with mods, and you're all trying to throw it all on us. I understand that for you 5 people out of 500 thousand subscribers is a trifle, if so, I am disappointed.

I have done as suggested. I downloaded from the site, extracted the zip files into my arma file, and nothing. The mods dont show up in the MODs menu on arma and they certainly dont effect gameplay. This is seriously annoying. Once you complete the steps provided on the page, theres no further troubleshooting tips. Slack either doesn't work or I'm not getting a response. What do I do if the mods don't show? Do I need to further open the zip files and be me data specific with my DL or do i need to put the zip further into the arma file cache ether?

Links to both help channels can be found in the „Discussion“ tab in the pinned thread.

We offer you two help channels. On GitHub where this mod is developed and on our public chat (we use slack for it, same as discord).

With over 500k subscribers (on steam workshop alone) and only 5 people having a problem you must see that it can‘t be an error produced by the mod. There would be faaaaar more comments here.

So please accept the help we offer or leave us be.
