Description
A fork of Bio-Cloning with the following changes:

- Copy Talents to the new body
- Copy Afflictions to the 'old' body, both for postmortem analysis and to allow Neurotrauma Cybernetics Enhanced's cyberlimbs and cyberorgans to be recovered
- The original version disabled PerformanceFix's prioritization of human characters, to workaround a crash. An alternative fix has been used which allows PF to be unaffected, which should improve performance.
- The 'reset all skills to 5, if cloned after being killed by decapitation/husk' has been moved to config.lua and is now default off.
- Fixed ID Cards not triggering cloning if they weren't named 'ID Card' (eg. non-English locales, modded ID cards)
- Some of the permanent cloning consequences can now be mitigated by Neurotrauma organ transplants or Cyberorgan replacements, including:
- - Cellular Damage: Cyberliver very slowly (10/h) treats
- - Cloning Fatigue: Cyberliver speeds up recovery 2x
- - Alienhead: Cyberbrain treats
- - Postmortem Barotrauma: Lung transplant treats
- - Split Consciousness: Cyberbrain treats
- - Hemophilia: Liver transplant treats
- - Narcolepsy: Cyberbrain treats

Compatibility
- This mod is an alternative to the original Bio-Cloning, don't enable both at once.
- Like the original, this requires serverside lua.
- This does not require Neurotrauma or Neurotrauma Cybernetics Enhanced (and if installed, load order is irrelevant)

Sans testing, which I guess I will attempt this weekend, this interacts fine with setting a Campaign Respawn Settings to Permadeath?

I'd essentially like the cloning facility to be the only way to get your mates back besides hiring new crew (so no respawn at Outposts at round end).

Update:
- Fixed Singleplayer crash on clone
- Fixed a clientside error on clone
- Possible performance improvement for the 2 minute cloning cooldown
