[CWL] Dual/Akimbo SMGs

This adds an Akimbo SMGs slot as it's own weapon, it will count as a primary SMG that will cycle between the other ones. I selected dual mini-uzi's but I called them "dual_smgs" just in case anyone would like to have dualies of other full-auto weapons.
Twice the firepower, but also twice the recoil and ammo consumption of the Uzi. (Yes, you fire two bullets at the same time)

Yeah, I recently watched the Deadpool & Wolverine movie, and got inspired :D

- Weapon file name: "weapon_dual_smgs"
- Spawn command: "/cwl create weapon_dual_smgs"
