Admirals Parachute Mod

Allows you to soar the skies of dayz or save yourself from life-ending falls. While falling wait for the audio queue and press jump to activate the parachute.

WIP:
Add Glider.
Sort out animations.

Jump to activate once falling far enough
WASD to move
Sprint to Turbo
H/CarHorn Cut chute early

JetPack:
WASD to move
Sprint to Turbo
Jump to go Up
Crouch to go Down
H/CarHorn Turn On/Off
PetrolStation or FuelCan to refuel

ParaMotor:
WASD to move
Sprint to go Up
Jump to go Up
S to go Down

I experimented for a long time and came to the conclusion that if there is a certain number of mods that use "interactions," then when this "limit" is exceeded - these actions with doors, weapons, and merchants stop working. When disabling any mod that was "excess" - the others start working again.

This error has existed for a long time, but I couldn't find the dependency of what conflicts with what. Yesterday I spent half a day going through mods, disabling them one by one until I found which mod breaks chat scrolling in Expansion. It's this mod. Perhaps the solution written below will help. As for the broken interactions when all these mods are loaded together - it's hard to say which one breaks it, but individually they all work perfectly fine (except for the chat scrolling).

considering expansion just updated and target mod is new im going to assume one of those mods have fucked something up so il give them a few days to sort themselves out and look into it

Some compatibility issues have emerged between this mod and others.
I don't know if any steps will be taken or if it will be left as is, but I'll describe the following problems:
1. When used together with Expansion-Bundle, after installing this mod the chat scrolling breaks. This bug was previously observed in one of the ZenSleep mods and was resolved there by setting the "ignorepointer 1" variable in the main FrameWidgetClass block in the .layout file.
2. The most annoying bug: If you install Shooting Range Objects and Shooting Range Targets mods on top of Expansion with this mod, actions stop working (Opening doors, NPC dialogues, etc.). If you remove one of the mods, interactions become possible again.

hey mate! first of all thanks for the mod! i tried to change the player spawns so everyone spawns in midair but i might miss something. i tried to put the y coord to the xml file but it wont work. can anybody help me? :steamfacepalm::steamhappy:

Can you add a new config parameter which enables the parachute to disappear after landing? It would be cool and handy on my server.
