Widevision VR 2021

Description
A virtual reality showcase that allows visitors to sample the achievements of students at Western Sydney University.
Every year Widevision exhibition demonstrates student capacity for innovation. Centred around the outcomes of industrial design students, through the years the exhibition has grown into a show case that allows visitors to sample the achievements of students across engineering, computing, architecture, manufacturing, and smart urban design and construction.

What unites these works is the synergetic connection between the rationale and utility of proposed solutions, their approach to sustainability and liveability, and overall aesthetically and psychologically pleasant appearance. These outcomes are starting points for entrepreneurial success.

I set the wrong material for the rafters so they kinda disappeared. I'll be posting a fix soon, as well as reducing the amount of grass and hedges to imporve performance.

This is absolutely remarkable. A proof of concept like this opens up the possibilities for online museum and art spaces. Even virtual house tours for real estate and concert venues could be included in VR spaces like this one. An exciting exploration of technology for sure!

This is amazing! It's so great to see all these design projects in front of me as though they exist in the real world! This truly is the future of design!
