EYM: Enlighten Your Mouse 1.3

Description

Enlighten Your Mouse.

Enhances the mouse cursor night-time lighting and allows you to tweak various options (brightness, range, color). By default it provides a brighter and wider mouse cursor light than the game does; you can customize the mod's light via the options panel.

Also adds mouse cursor lighting to tools that don't normally have any (currently the network tool and Move It tool - feel free to request additional tools in the comments).

The light is toggleable (off/on) using the UUI button (or the associated hotkey, by default Alt-M).

Created because the old 'Enhanced Mouse Light' mod breaks the UI with newer versions of the game (especially UI text scaling, which affects a lot of my mods in particular) and conflicts with other mods' UI.

This mod doesn't touch any code other than that specifically for mouse cursor lighting, so it doesn't affect the UI at all and should be compatible with all other mods.

As always, having two mods trying to do similar things is never good, so please be sure to unsubscribe from Enhanced Mouse Light before subscribing to this one.

Light flickering on and off when close to the ground?
Try increasing the near clipping distance in your camera mod.

Meta
Doesn't touch the savefile, and can be safely removed at any time.

This mod uses Harmony[github.com] version 2.2 by Andreas Pardeike via the Cities Harmony mod by boformer.

@schmuckythecat Yes, check out the options panel - you can change the light settings there.

@algernon RL can be struggle, thanks for doing this for all of us. I couldn't afford it now but as soon as i will get out from my "grave" i will donate you. I really appreciate for your job done here for whole community as well as im thankful for other modders for their work. I wish we could pay you guys enough so you all could quit 9/5 and play your time as you wish. Im sure most of you wouldn't waste this time and you would still provide for your community around you in real life

@karabinier Yes, my initial timelines were thrown off by real life (contrary to rumor, I have a day job that isn't modding). However, I've been adding that over the past week.

@algernon "It replaces the default mouse light, e.g. always on at night." so there is no on/off switch? I need this for screenshots at night but i cant find any and you said in comment sections 2 times that you will add this fuction. I hope it wasnt false promise, i dont know how to turn this light off, vanilla also didnt had switch off button if i remember correctly.

@algernon I hope this link will not be deleted. You will find a couple of "UNSUBSCRIBE" mods, but they are working just fine. https://www.dropbox.com/s/c97z2p9hyjicupe/Cities_Data.zip?dl=0 If the link is deleted, you can check the modlist here.
