And the usual check with HIP, was it installed without the CPR module?

This is the only asset issue I've found.
There's also
1.- Delete the "Historical Immersion Project" folder found in paradox interactive/crusader kings II/mod folder
2.- Reinstall HIP through its installer
3.- During installation type "n" or "no" when you're asked if you want to install CPR+
4.- Enjoy
