In space, even if the intake room is pressurised and has 0% vacuum, a room with vacuum doesn't lose vacuum rating even if it has a vent to pump air in (yes it's fully enclosed), which doesn't quite make sense. Would appreciate if you could take a glance

Maybe just adding a "Intake / Vent throughput" multiplier config value would be easiest for people to understand. And then just multiply all <baseAirFlow> and <baseAirExhaust> values.
