This is my 2nd ever rover so its not the best but I tried pretty hard on it, hope you enjoy. :)

Description:
The Mobile Base and Cargo Hauler 35 - Heavy Goods vehicle or MBACH35-HGV is essentially what the name says its a mobile base that hauls cargo. The MBACH35-HGV is made of almost all heavy armor making it very durable but also very slow (If need be you can empty the cargo containers in creative mode to get better driving performance as most of the large containers are full).

(You can find the instructions in the vehicle as well)
Be careful while driving on rough terrain as you might get stuck if you
don't have enough speed. If you find your self sliding down a hill or are
unable to stop using the handbrake use the "Piston; Anchors" to stop the
vehicle (it may be hard to get the anchors out of the ground so hold "x" to
get the rover to jump and the anchors out of the ground). Be mindful of the
terrain you are traveling on, plan a route ahead of time or learn the
vehicle, if you don't plan a route you might get the vehicle stuck quite
often. If you are mindful of the terrain and your speed you should have a
glorious time driving this vehicle. Good Luck.
