Forces all 4 Neow Options to show up at the start of EVERY run, regardless of if you reached the Act 1 Boss or not.

Mod can be toggled in mod-settings!

I just started exploring mods for this game recently and let me just say thank you so much for making this mod. I've always hated how the game forces me to play all the way through the first level on a crap run I'm certain will fail just so I can have a proper chance on the next run.

This legitimately makes this game so much more fun for me by not letting it waste my time!
