Report a translation problem
Just tested our build of USP goggles with every facewear combination possible configured; only bloated load times by 20 seconds compared to normal.
When obfuscating, this was increased to 8 minutes.
I don't know the ins and outs of obfuscating and won't pretend to, but my recommendation to you if obfuscation is about protecting source files would be to simply move all of your configuration files to a different PBO that is unobfuscated. I (believe) that this would not require any file path changes for you.
I will also say we only ever use 1 config.cpp per pbo in USP; I've never used multiple config.cpps so cannot speak for the time taken for them but I doubt that is the problem here given the aforementioned times
