I am not sure when it becomes available again if ever. The Northern Fronts team seem to have slight issues with this map in particular. Update will be coming when this mission is available again. Perhaps subscribe to the comments so you'll get a notification when it is.

June 22nd 1941 the Soviet Union launched attacks on Finnish naval targets. The same day Finland took part in laying mines on the Gulf of Finland. Soon thereafter German troops launched Operation Barbarossa, an offensive against the Soviet Union, directly going against the agreement of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact made in 1939. After their bombing runs, the German planes refueled in Finland. The Soviet Union responded with launching bombing runs and artillery on Finnish military bases. Finland tried to convince neutrality to the Soviet Union. June 24th the Soviet Union evacuated their embassy from Helsinki. The next day, June 25th, the Soviet Union bombed Helsinki, Turku, Porvoo and other cities. The same day the prime minister of Finland declared on a national radio broadcast that Finland was at war with the Soviet Union. June 16th war was formally declared, the Coninuation War had begun.

We're at war with the Soviet Union again. We all knew this day would come, but fear not: we know now how to handle a few ruskies. Since the outbreak of the war we've only gained ground, and that's what we'll do today too! We've got solid intel by scouts and recon planes that we're clear of Russian troops for a few kilometers, so we'll get closer with trucks and dismount closer to the Russians. Hopefully we're far enough for them not to hear our trucks.

Your mission is to assist the rest of the company to gain control over Ukonvaara. After that you are to move further south and secure a crossroads while the rest of the company prepares for Soviet counter attacks. The Soviets are throwing everything they got at us, so prepare an ambush at the crossroads and prevent any enemy armour from coming towards our troops from the south.

You will be deployed with trucks closer to the front and dismount at the marked location. That area should be clear of ruskies, but keep your eyes open regardless.

NOTE #1: There are reports of AI squad members throwing satchel charges quite close to themselves/you, so there is a chance you will die by friendly fire. This has only occured in Multiplayer thus far, so be specially aware about this when playing MP

NOTE #2: I know Panzerfausts were in production in 1942 and were in use by the Germans in 1943 (Finland got their first ones in 1943 and really the most significant amount after the Ryti-Ribbentrop agreement in fall 1944, so the presence of Panzerfausts is purely for gameplay and not for authenticity or historical accuracy. If this rustles your jimmies it's entierly possible to not use them
