Modular Buildings Series
Houses created for this series have been put together in the 'Modular Buildings' collection.

Modular Buildings: UK Tudor
This pack is one of a collection of Modular Building packs. The module style has been allows you to create UK Tudor buildings of all sorts of size and design.

The five 'Entrance' modules have been given RICO settings of low residential from level 1-5. For the building to be used by citizens each building will require one of these 'Entrances'. I recommend only using one Entrance per building (there is a non-RICO Entrance to use as additional doors). If you are not using RICO then the entrances will act as monuments.

Packs available
Modular Buildings: UK Modern (Brick 1)
Modular Buildings: UK Modern (Pebble 1)
Modular Buildings: UK Modern (Stone 1)
Modular Buildings: UK Modern Gutter Downpipes
Modular Buildings: UK Modern Flat Roofing

How to use
See the reference images above.

These modular assets require the Move It mod to allow the placement of the pieces.

1: Place the desired RICO level Entrance roadside.

2: In free space plop down the other elements of the building that you will use.

3-13: Using the Move It mod, copy modules and move them into the desired position. I recommend copying as the building may need duplicate elements and it's much easier to rotate the item with a right click. Raise and lower the modules with Move It to create different height walls and windows.

14-16: Position roof modules in the appropriate positions.

17-18: Grab a chimney and position it.

19-20: The whole building can be selected and then copied to create several separate houses or a more complicated building.

NOTE: All modules can be raised and lowered except for the RICO entrances as these will alter the ground level.

Pack contents
1. Entrances: Levels 1 to 5
2. Entrance: Non-RICO
3. Blanks: Standard and half width
4. Windows: Double-sided 2 pane and 4 pane
5. Roof: Gable
6. Roof: Main
7. Chimney

Geometry tri count (Model/LOD)
1. Entrances: 174/10
2. Blanks: Standard 160/10, Half
3. Windows: 2 pane 244/10, 4 pane 256/10
4. Roofing: Gable 82/8, Main 110/8
5. Chimney: 190/28

Textures
Each element uses the same 1024 x 1024 texture with a 256 LOD.

I recommend using the Loading Screen mod as all modules use the same textures the mod will share them reducing any load on your machine.

These assets have textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

If RICO is being used the five Entrance Modules can be found in the RICO Low Residential menu. The other modules can be found in the 'Unique Buildings 1' tab.

This is great, but I need them more wonky! :) Any suggestions on how to place modules with some vertical rotation?

Hello Macwelshman. I would love to see these as a growable set for medieval towns and cities,
including different sized houses and shops/pubs, but it is up to you.

I'll put it on the 'wish list', but I can't promise anything as I've got other projects on the go.

A set of pieces to build German Fachwerkhäuser buildings would be very useful. Although they're quite colorful, as opposed to the UK style :)
