- Due to some complaints about lag/low fps, I've heavily optimized the mission. Runs much better now.
- Added some ambient sound and dialog from the movie Saving Private Ryan into the mission.
- Remade the intro and the outro scenes for better immersion.
- Improved the weather effects.
- Replaced that God awful stairs on the hill with some proper trench.

My goal with this mission is to bring a fast-paced, chaotic and intense D-day experience, inspired by the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan.

Starting in the early morning of June 6, 1944, you are part of the first allied assault wave of A-Company, 116th Infantry of the 29th division at Dog Green Sector, Omaha Beach.

Make your way through the heavily defended beach and get to the sea-wall. Focus on taking out the heavy MG-42-nests to avoid total annihilation. Clear the trenches and move atop of the bluffs to bring the fight to the remaining germans.

Mission completion when you reach the german officers-barrack, step inside and kill the high command.

The mission contains among ohter things:

- Intro and Outro scenes
- Scripted events; explosions, animations, music, sounds etc.
- Surrendering scripts for the germans; some of the germans will surrender
when their higher ranking team members are killed.
- Custom made battlefield to slightly resemble the landings in Saving Private Ryan.
- Singleplayer scenario or Coop/PvP.
