Out of the Entire Borderlands Series, BL3 has the best gameplay, honestly one of my top ten FPS in the last couple years. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing for the story. The Twins come off annoying, and not in a funny way, it's mind-numbingly boring. The progression of the twins would never be able to beat Jacks. His story was written over multiple games and showed us how he became this monster. Although, the motives of the Twins were touched on towards the end, it still can't truly compete with Jacks. In the end the, gameplay does outweigh the story and is definitely a purchase if you haven't already.

Edit: The twins are comparable to the hyenas from Lion King, but it would be so much better if the twins were actually funny.
