Boil broth or stock with smoked ribs or bones cut into 2 - 3 pieces or bacon cut into 4 pieces. Boil for approx. 20 minutes. Add raw white sausage, reduce heat and simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Add the sour soup and simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
