H1Z1: King of the Kill
H1Z1: Just Survive

Was I cheating? No.
So then why were you banned? I was banned for having a program called SAM (Steam Achievement Manager) running while i was playing H1Z1. Their anti-cheat picked it up even though the program itself had nothing to do with the game (H1 did not have achievements). Unfortunately for me with H1Z1 splitting into 2 separate games, so did my game ban resulting in me having "Multiple game bans on record" because of it.
Did you contact them? Yes, and over the years and the multiple attempts i have been given nothing but a generic comment stating the account is banned and there is nothing they can/will do. Although I would like to not have to deal with the consistent bullying from something that was technically a mistake and just make a new account I have too much invested in this one.
