Excellent game, don't think about it, just buy it. I play solo and with friends, always a good time. First time in a long time where you can just have fun with a game - win or lose, its just fun. Gaming is fun again. 10/10!

awesome game, if you can get passed the mild new player entry barrier its really good. All RPGs are confusing at first, whatever, join a clan do raids, havent paid a dime and so far 57 hours of game play strong as of this review. F2P what do you have to lose.

Cool concept, everyone is really friendly. Nice military sim, really need teamwork. Unfortunately its buggy still, massive random frame drops, like it is actually insane. i7 Gtx1060 alienware, should not be happening on a game with graphics this dated. Made the experience very unenjoyable. If this ran smoothly id give thumbs up - still in Alpha though. Ill likely revisit once this game is a little more polished. I cannot recommend in the current state.

I played the whole metro series shortly after Metro Last light was released, and ever since ive wanted a similar experience. Did research and saw Stalker was basically the original russian post-apoc game so i thought lets give it a go. Saw the price at over $20 for a game that came out in 2007... waited for a sale and got all 3 for $11. After just playing SOC, i can tell you its worth the $20 regardless of graphics. I missed out hard on this game and glad im able to jump in on it!

This game is full of great combat (although i did struggle with at first and thought it was trash), plenty challenging with an incredibly atmospheric story you shoot and sneak your way through. Highly reccommend getting this game.

I haven't played the other titles of this franchise game so i went into this with an open mind. Honestly, i tried to like it. I really did. This game seriously is "go from point A to point B" on a grossly obvious linear path. Whats the point of sneaking around if i can't even kill anyone? Maybe i havent got that far yet but, dang...i dont feel like a bad*** thief with supposed super-powers. I feel this is a rip-off of Dishonored without all the coolness that embodies dishonored. However artistically speaking, this game is pretty gorgeous. There are upgrades that make your useless abilities slightly better yet not enough where you would actually use them differently. You can seriously run through this game bashing people in the face with your club and probably don't need to buy a single upgrade. Im severely disappointed and won't be playing anymore of this.. :-(
