Early Access Review
So I feel safe giving a review on this game after only 3 hours. First thing to remember is that it was just released on Early access 4-26-24 so it's only going to get better. Chill relaxing city builders have always been my jam. Ever since I discovered sim city in the 90's. The zoom in capabilities and sharp graphics make this game a mush have for any fan of city building. The roads and realistic puddles of water when it rains makes this game very immersive. Highly recommend.

One of the best games I've ever played. The graphics are stunning. The story and voice overs are top notch. When you see the individual strands of hair on a persons or horses head it just takes the immersion to a whole new level. Sometimes I'll play just to ride around in the country on my horse.

I waited a year to give a review here because it was full of bugs on release. It's still completely full of bugs (dec. 7th 2021). The graphics are extremely immersive. They capture intrinsic human movements such as twitching, hair movement, and sniffles. It's the little things like that, that truly puts a game into a higher category of realism. That's where the praise ends. The people in the city are seen over and over again. 90 percent of the doors in the city are permanently closed. With such immersive graphics it really falls short in immersing me in the game. No conversations to be had with people on the streets. Just one sentence interactions. The bugs kill any fluid feeling you might achieve otherwise. Smashing into cars at 150 mph and nothing happens. You just keep on going about your marry way. Every once in a while you get police attention but never for the things you thought you would. I've driven through crowds of people walking on the sidewalk and no crime is reported. But if I pull up slowly and just barely nudge a person I get the fuzz called on me. There are 3 paths to choose from the start. Corporate, Redneck, and Street dude. All three have the exact same story line. There is really no reason to have 3 different paths at the start. That makes a replay just a grind. There was a lot of potential for this game but it just fell short. Because of these things I cannot recommend this game.

I would recommend this game. Although I feel this game was not developed fully. And by that I mean you can get basic things like a small house. but there is no large house to get. If they added a small house I would stand to reason that its because they had a large house in the works. I like the music and graphics in this game. I like the random traders that come down the river. The whole game just has an relaxing emersive feel to it. I just really wish they would develop it more. There are some good looking mods in the workshop but I havent tried them yet. Overall, this game is pretty cool and I would recommend it to anyone who likes city sim building games. This game really needs some more content though. Then it would be a great game. If you are good at modding this game is begging for you to come play.

EDIT: I downloaded some mods in the workshop including the one mentioned by spurchase1961 and it filled in the gaps nicely. I can see myself coming back to this game for years to come.

This game has so much to offer. From building tiny drill ships to mammoth battleships and space stations, the only limits are your imagination. With the introduction of planets we now have a whole new ball game. The modding community is so awesome in this game. Everything you wish this game had you can probably find in the workshop. The learning curve is a little steep in this game. You will need to spend time working with every block to truly make something grand, and functional. If your like me that just makes a better game. It is something you have to invest time in to get good at. The other aspect of this game that is very apealing to me is the frequency of updates. Every single Thursday they give you an update. I dont have any other early access games that can say they do that. I feel like these developers are givers, and they try to make everyone happy.

This game was a lot of fun. It was not long or hard, It had some degree of challenge but mostly it had a narrator that sounded exactly like the narrator for hitchikers guide to the galaxy. I laughed out loud several times. I would reccomend this game to anyone not looking for an action game.

This game is pretty cool. The graphics remind me of Ultima Online. There are a lot of features that make this game more realistic. Like getting scared or sick. They keep the gammers informed with mondoid posts every monday which is nice. I like to scan my library and see whats new. A lot of the time there is something new on this game. I would recommend this game to folks who dont need amazing graphics to be impressed. Because that the only thing it doesent have.

I dont like having negitive reviews on my profile......damn you starforge. How can you still be selling this? It looks like they removed every discussion that ever existed on the forums, but they still have a pricetag for this game. Unreal, Its unreal how steam allows this to go on, But I am pretty sure steam would do they same if they were in the same boat. Steam, Starforge, Hitler, oh how you guys love to take. If i had a gun with 2 bullets left and was in a room with starforge, Hitler, and Genghis Khan...I would shoot starforge twice. *love to the players*

I love MTG. It is a part of me. I have playd magic for 20 years and I still play! I also played MTG online for a bit but wasent going to dump thousands of dollars into it like I did my physical collection. This game is sweet because it is a lot like MTG online except you win coins to buy booster packs! N E 1 who bought cards on MTG online will be thrilled at this. Free boosters just for playing! I feel like iam ripping off wizards. You can still buy packs if you want at $2 bucks a shot. Its great to be playing magic with new people and able to play with all my steam friends too.
