Let's rock!

Addictive and fun. Enjoyed both single player and multiplayer.

In short, it is a good DLC. The main reason I am leaving this review is to try to pull overall rating up a bit. If you read the negative reviews you will find that most of them complain about something missing that was never promised or getting something they did not want. I pre-ordered this DLC and I got exactly what was promised. If you are in doubt about what is included in this DLC then read the description carefully.

It's about blowing sh!t up! Of course it is fun.

Very in-depth crafting system, various aspects of your character that you need pay attention to in order to survive, can be challenging but in the same time rewarding. Requires a lot of thinking and planning, otherwise the game can punish you in an instant and you loose all progress in blink of an eye. You can scale the difficulty as you like to suit your style.

Yet another great Metro game. The story continues in a world that offers different environments with a much more open world. There is a lot to explore (if you wish). I recommend playing the first two games to get the full story. If you like those games then you will like this one too.

Pros: Immersion, story, open world exploration
Cons: Some frustrating parts where I felt difficulty was on a different level compared to the rest of the game.

Feels like the same game as Metro 2033, apart from the story of course. Really enjoyed the play through.

Atmospheric, immersive, challenging. I wanted to play Metro Exodus, but I have decided to play this game first (and will continue with Last Light) so I have an introduction to the world. I am glad that I have played this through, should have done that years ago. :D

I particularly liked the fact that the game did not hold my hand, there were no auto aim, x-ray vision, minimap and other "helpers" that most modern games have.

A good hack and slash game. Not as complex as Diablo 2, Path of Exile or Grim Dawn (other similar games I played before). It was interesting to discover the world and have sum more fun with different game modes. I can recommend this game if you are new to the genre or if you want a change, but the other 3 games I mentioned are much better done. I spent hundreds of hours wit those, but can't see myself putting more time into this one.

City builder in a tropical theme. The game has a decent level of complexity. Sandbox mode offers a great deal of flexibility to tailor your experience.
The management aspect could be so much better with a more intuitive UI and I would not mind a bit more variety in buildings and decorations.
Good fun overall. I am sure this goes on sale often since it is a 3 years old game.
