Tank armor is doing nothing in this "game". Every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ battle your tank (and your butt too) will explode by lots of HE. Seriously, HE shots penetrating any armor up to oneshot.

Are you tanking by your tank turret? Ha-ha, NO. You'll get a lot of HE from arty, who stands up in many kilometers away and deals damage and stun at least by splash.
Are you tanking by your really BIG AND COOL armor in front? NO. Superbig HE from any Polish tank will penetrate your ass through your ammo.
Are you low-hp or don't have armor? Get one more HE, bro. Just for lulz.
And, after that, are you still alive and wanna kill enemy tank? +-25% for armor penetrating and damage from shot will help you (huh, no, i'm just kidding, sry. Uninstalling this sh|t will help to you and your psychic much more. And clean so much space into your PC, for sure!)
Uh, almost forgot. If you wanna try to kill arty, being still alive (my greetings to you, sir), in many cases you'll just brutally destroy ground in front of enemy. I'm not joking, just watch YouTube vidoes. Your shots will "magnet" to near object, like ground, wall or rock, but not into an enemy.

And, at least in RU claster, WoT full of bots and cancer players, who doing nothing in battle.
