Maybe the best character story I've ever seen told in a videogame. You could argue that something like Mass Effect does a lot developing characters, but that has an incredible amount of action and FPS elements "in the middle" of the character story. The Walking Dead focuses on the stories and choices, with some minimal action and puzzles between them.

By the end of the last "episode", the pace became predictable, but I was enthralled by the story. This game truly deserved "Game of the Year".
