CS:GO had a lot of issues, like the the massive amount of cheaters and the absolutely worst netcode I've ever seen. The VAC anticheat system was unable to detect even the most blatantly obvious cheats, and the developers didn't seem to be bothered in the least by that. But at least it was FUN to play.

Now CS:GO has been forcibly taken away from us and replaced with CS2, a game that is inferior in almost every single aspect. The UI is appallingly badly designed. The new loadout system is a horrible regression compared to CS:GO. The graphics are different - not better. Game modes like Arms Race and Danger Zone were simply removed.

The amount of primary, basic, obvious bugs is staggering. The game feels laggy even at low pings and high FPS rates. The netcode seems to have gotten even worse, which I have to admit is quite an achievement by the developers. And the level of cheating is as high as it always was, with the new VAC system now constantly banning groups of people by mistake as a bonus.

On the plus side, I do like the new smoke effects...
