While it is nowhere near the true level of skate that we have known, I would not consider it a bad game. Mainly, the game still feels fun and fluid, still feels arcade-y which skate always was, no matter how you try to look at it as a serious/realistic.

The microtransactions are strange, but the ingame rewards without payment are fine enough.

The art-style is also fine, pleasant on the eyes. I just wish there was more detail in the environment.

Overall, i feel like it will be a good game, the f2p model i guess works but we need to see if EA become their predatory selves in the future.

Very accurate remake to the og. Performance issues as standard with UE5, but I am sure some fixes will come in time. Am able to run mostly at around 100fps with all High and DLSS.
