Just picked up Battlefront 2 on sale for $10. I've been playing for a few hours and can say that multiplayer is still populated, at least in Australia, although some game modes are harder to find a match than others.

Haven't noticed anyone hacking.

Good fun, never played Overwatch 1 but seems cool. Don't like that I have to buy credits to unlock half the content.

After my first 10 minutes of playing Chicory: A Colorful Tale, I was uncertain of how long I could maintain my attention. However after pushing on for a little longer, I was surprised to see the game grow into an interesting world which I needed to explore more.

The story focuses on getting over self-doubt and the dialogue is particularly good at making characters feel real and relatable. You start to get a feel for what each character is like.

What I've loved so far is that all the different environments have something to offer. Within the world of Luncheon, there are forests, caves, swamps and towns which offer different colour pallets, puzzle elements and music.

Speaking of music, some of the songs are catchy, some are moody, and some are soothing. Overall the music really makes all the places in the game feel more believable.

Somewhat ironic though. For a game that is all about painting, it is one of the only elements in the game that has really bugged me. When painting on buildings or other surfaces that have borders, it's very hard to avoid going outside the lines. It appears that the devs added a feature where your brush won't jump over these lines under particular circumstances but occasionally the paint still crosses them anyway.

It wouldn't surprise me if this is actually supposed to be a constraint for the player. It does make painting feel more realistic. But it would be nice if it wasn't something I had to worry about because it ends up taking a lot of time to fix those spots.

Aside from that I'm very happy with Chicory so far and hope that this brings some insight to what you're in for.

Plays a lot like the first Square Enix Tomb Raider entry...

Only a few hours in and the progression plays out well.

The tomb puzzles feel a lot more interesting as well and aren't too difficult to work out.

Interested to see how it plays out.

Idk how I feel about this game.

I hate the garbage mechanics
Really poorly designed maps
Bad radio channel that seems to repeat 5 or so songs
Unclear goals
Enemies that don’t leave once you’ve “gotten away”
Lack of assistance for landing on rails (kinda how thps does it)

MAYBE I’m just being super judgmental because I’ve come from Tony Hawk games where the mechanics are really polished, but I also think this game could be a lot better than it is.

Lemme know what you think.

Buy it when it goes on sale.

Think you've finished Skyrim? No you haven't. Almost endless in terms of the ammount of things you can do in the world of Tamriel.
