>uninstall any addons that alter animations
>uninstall Animations Menu - Many Animations !
>uninstall VJ Base (if you have it) and any addons that require it

(2)A long time ago, i figured out that when you unsubscribe the addons through steam, the files does still exist in "steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons"
Should i also delete those?

(3)The NPC's eyes are all black. What can fix this?
Alright! I fixed it! (With some help from you)
I deleted all the files in "steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons" And it suddenly worked. But i still have problems with the black eyes.

Summary:
Unsubscribe all addons, and delete all files in "steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons"
to fix this problem.

(4) Try typing this in the console:
r_eyesize 0 (if allcharacters have black eyes as error)

(5) Options > Multiplayer > Allow All Custom Files

(6) Verify Game Cache TF2 this as huge problem for gmod
