In the devs' effort to differentiate this game from Soulsborne and Sekiro, they made damn near every enemy have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ feint attacks in their animations. You get a perfect guard, and it doesn't produce excitement or catharsis on your part, only anxiety on whether you can perfect guard the next chain in the attack because they do a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of mixups with the attack animation.

You can 'get around' this by memorizing every attack pattern of every enemy but ♥♥♥♥ that, that isn't fun. For once, I just want to be able to win a fight by intuitively reacting to attacks but nope, ♥♥♥♥ me I guess.

Game keeps on crashing.

Camera is ♥♥♥♥.

Fields add artificial complexity to the combat but doesn't add to its depth.

Environment design makes enemies hard to see and you'll always be on the look out for the HUD indicator that something is about to attack instead of organically looking at the limbs of the enemies.

Typical boring ass premise.

Was able to play the tutorial one day just fine, but now it's asking for account creation and linking and if you decline the game just won't load. ♥♥♥♥ off with that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Sekiro-lite. Enjoy the difficulty spike tho
