Nice! Something like Plague Inc. but heaking/destroying the body.
Should be Deck Verified as it works flawlessly & has full controller support.

I love this game, a solid 8.5/10. BUT there is one fatal flaw.
Nearing the end of game (some three missions until ending), I am stuck in an infinite loop after a cutscene.

I checked online for help and it seems that I would need mods to get past that part.
As I am playing it on Steam Deck, then mod installing is rather cumbersome and Im not sure that they would work.

The game is somewhat old and I would assume they would have fixed main bugs, but here we are.
Whole game is riddled with some small bugs, but they are fine considering you can get this game for cheap and get an extraordinary experience.

Not purchasing KCD2 until it has been out for a while and it is not a buggy mess.

Too chaotic progression, traversing the map is tedious. Many weapons, bit they don't seem worth using.

Soundtrack is great!

This is a great watermelon game. I played the one on switch as well and I'm loving this one much better. The physics, area, fruit behavior are just better and also some QoL improvements are nice.

Absolutely fantastic game, a masterpiece by Kojima. 10/10

Update 2024: The game has improved and nothing below still applies. The builds you can have now is more varied. It is not a punishable RNG experience and the devs are working on it. Rather slowly, but it is getting there.

Beware - this game is really early access. I've lost complete progress once and on second time I've lost it partially.
I see this game as a passion project, but it's clearly visible that devs don't understand the game design. Enemy waves just don't make sense & if you don't have a lucky build (harpoon + ship bow), you're screwed.
I'm the end this game is too much RNG and rollbacks which I've experienced don't help.

I'd love to like this game, but it's a NO for me. Enemy scaling is crazy. Yes, yes - souls like and stuff, but at moments it seems just unfair. Level design looks good on paper, but later I'm just trying to run through enemies to get to next location.
Cool graphics, great setting, works flawlessly on deck but progression is bad in this game.

This game is a classic & the story is fantastic.
Works great on Steam Deck.
