Cannot Recommend.

Gets boring fast on top of that offline progress not really working all the time. Also you need "Familiars" to get auto click and auto level characters doing offline hours.. Guess you buy them with gems.. Should have been part of the game not a add-on buy. (They can't even level you past Specializations they stop the level progressing).

And last i don't get the feeling of "Forgotten Realms" anywhere in it. A 1$ board game has more personality then this.

1. Worst MM Ever.. More or less stacked teams..

2. Bad map designs with open field around a zone.. making it camp harder/sniper harder and people forget to cap base.

3. 0 Pen or 0 DMG even with green indicator or weakspot shots.. crew die's yes but for some reason impossible to kill enemy. (Drive around enemy APHE in Ass but 0 Dmg to engine wtf.. Normal AP dmg to engine but nothing PURE RNG!)

4. Too many respawn's possible in planes ♥♥♥♥ sake.. it feels like you got inf. as long as you camp in base and just line up for plane fight. (Ground Arcade Battle).

5. Crew Cost 50.000 for a crew i need for rank 1 tank should have a lower limit so your not limited on tanks.. (1st: 5000, 2nd: 10.000, 3rd 50.000! i don't even wanna know next!). [Some people said just take 1 of the rank 1 tanks and go full in it, and just research rest on the sideline..well i do want a could of possible tanks in battle to choose from]..

6. For some reason people are able to see across the map even if your not spotted and just spawned (through 100 tree's and bushes...is there some kind of cheat glitch?)

7. 1 Shot kill every single time if you hit enemy perfect front... but you can't kill them if you shot anywhere is, this is the worst game ever created.

I'm ending it here even if i still have a long list of negatives, but don't really wanna waist my time on this crap game.. Not gonna recommend it EVER!

Starting to hate this game, every bigger update resets skill points and am getting tired of it..
Latest update and i'm asked to redo 43 points.. This used to be my go-to game instead of Diablo 3.
But now its just annoying logging in and seeing reset points and i don't really wanna sit and redo it just to play.

So make an account play for free.. game crashes or won't launch.

Don't like the control layout and i can't change it... Not worth the time.

Definitive Edition... more like Definitive Lazy! Edition..

The Negative

bugs have been added.
a lot! of glitches.
Poor Performance (even with i7 9700+32GB DDR4-3200cl14+3070 Ti).
Installation size vs the original is a joke!.
2K Launcher again again.
After playing Mafia 1 DE this game is a really bad joke, they should have taking the time to remake this great game as well.
But in its current state its inferior to the original.

Only positive things
They keep't the snow falling of cars when they drive off..
People falling on the icy sidewalk.. xD
Police feels real.. speeding, crashing, robbery..

I Really Like Mafia Games.. but *sigh* i had a hard time finishing this game because of the negative to a point where i wanted to uninstall.

*Every cutscreen in-game Vito's head was smashed in, like if he had and invisible hat on :/

Really loved this Remake its just beautiful and the soundtrack top class.
The Cut-screens my word i love them, movie quality right there.

Took me back in time to when i played the original good times.. good times..
Even with some mission hard locked requirements... I'm looking at you racing mission
1'st place on classic jesus idk how many times i reloaded that mission.

BUT the game is not without problems.. BIG problem called 2K Launcher that ruins the game and breaks it.
(Are you stupid 2K? What was that braindead launcher for? Even had an in-game option to turn it off that don't work).

Also had a few game breaking bugs in-game.:
1. Black Screen on launch and game not responding. (Happens ALOT).
2. Mission with escort Sarah back home, just freeze'd up and game stopped responding.
3. Sam went in car and suddenly he was sitting on the ground next to the car reload save ohh god...
4. Objects that can break suddenly became SOLID! Mission with truckload of cigars / "diamonds" i was stuck could not break the gates, they tried to open instead BUT not break.. Took 7 reloads to fix..


SO I'm ready to put 2K 6 feet under next to Morello for the bugs and glitches AND 2K Launcher crap + the 15min none skippable credits screen

But i really wanna give this game a neutral score. 6/10 all thanks to the great story, gameplay, visuals and sound.
The negatives was to great for me in this game pulling it down hard.
But with that said i did enjoy the game, so i be fair and give it a positive review score.

I Cannot Recommend This Game

I really want to like this game, but it's just plain boring and empty.
And on top of that could NOT get Multiplayer to work with friend.

I found a cave beneath the lighthouse in the beginning, 2 mobs - 1 iron-mine - few plants to gather. IT's Empty there could have been alot more in those caves but nope.
Same when i found another cave. and another. and ohh well you get it right?

In the open world. OH MY GOD! SAME THING! EMPTY! a bird there, a monster here, 2 bandits there. With SO much open space where your just running around and don't see Anything!

Inventory gets filled QUICK! your constantly selling - breaking down - or throwing away stuff. Not really fun in a loot game because i need more space to get back to town to sell. (i got the bigger bag but was still not good).

- SLOW PACE GAME
- BAD COMBAT SYSTEM
- 0 RPG / Character development / Leveling System (I did not feel at any point that i could make the character i wanted).
- All enemy's i found was near the path's, if i wandered off the path hardly found anything..

Can't recommend this game.. 3/10 [59.99EU not even sale 29.99EU]

The gameplay is boring even with the "time dilation" (even upgraded its just not fun).
The Story is extremely! boring, by the end of the game i did not care for side mission or anything just wanted to be finished.
Guns... meeh same guns just level 1,2... pffff.. ohh Pistol.. here is Pistol 2.0 i mean really??
Boring armor of same style, sure there are a few "unique" pieces but not that great.
Enemy's are the same everywhere, some just feel like they gotten a HP buff... (Landed on planet kills creature, travels to an asteroid! finds same creature i mean how hard was it to make another creature in the design phase?).

Companions... I was quick to forget them, even writing this few minutes after finishing the game.
Think parvati is the only one i really remember faintly, but i think that's down to the voice actor.
Even companions "side/loyalty" missions are bland and boring... Vicar mission to get a BOOK?, Parvati's love mission to find food, cake, dress.. jesus, and the same goes for the rest

The game itself is beautiful vibrant with colors.. sadly the cold black empty void where the story should be drags it in and devours it, before it can tell a compelling story..

Endless grind of worthless item and killing orc's the just re-spawn the second i turned around the corner..

Camera angle has been improved from the first game, don't feel as stiff.
But for some reason still feels like there's only "Up/Down/Left/Right" No side jump...
Several times again i wanted to just jump down.. but my character decided he wanted to grab the nearest thing on the way down. Also had a few times where i'm going for the grappling lines but for some reason my character just says screw it i'm jumping off here.

I also jumped off roof and landed inside a building...

WAYYY! too much grind AGAIN!
Literally turned around after a big fight with dozen of orc's and "a'voila" there are a dozen more in the location i just cleared.
Kill after Kill and it makes no difference in the world. An Endless repeat fight... Not really fun.

The combat controls are improved but could use work still.
The story is better but only slightly..
Also! Let me turn off Warchief introduction, gets f***king boring had 1 orc pretty much tell me he's life story before we got to fighting.

Auto failed on defending the city gate got hit 0 times and even got the warchief to get inside the fire zone of the firebomb so he died without me lifting a finger... cut-screen comes and Failed-- WTF.. 7 retry's before i got past it. F*U WB/Monolith!

Same thing with the Nazgûl fight. Map loads and Failed. Only took 3 retry's but still f** sake!

Spoke with a few others on a forum and they had to close other 3'rd party programs that record or produce information while gaming. This is just stupid.
