If I were to place a game in between the ARMA series in terms of realism, and Battlefield in terms of gameplay, Squad would be it. Squad offers military simulator gameplay, but adding their own compromise to make gameplay fun and not standstill boring. Squad emphasizes greatly on communication between squads, and within your own squad and fireteams. It is a very immersive game and continually gets better and better as Offworld Industries produces more content for the game.

It's a copy and paste of their previous itierations without any magnificent changes. Do not support this business move and go with Cities Skyline as it is a much more enjoyable base game, and even better with modifications.

Best tactical realism game made, EVER. This is the consumer version of the game running on the engine made by Bohemia Interactive that leases out their military version to real government military agencies like the US Army.

Features giant maps (25km squared maps)
A wide variety of factions
A wide variety of vehicles ranging from air to land to sea.
Amazing physics and air vehicle physics.
Just a great all around game!

This game's alpha stage lasts longer than the lifetime of the human race.

ArcheAge is perfect for those who wish to experience the best sandbox MMO game of all time. It features ocean world PVP with players able to become pirates after being criminals for a long time on their native land, regular players can even steal goods without being a pirate in PVP areas. The game features farming, quests, crafting gear and weapons, huge daily raids (150 players alone on one faction), huge daily rifts (100-150 players daily on my server), player owned castles by only a maximum of 5 guild leaders per server who can then tax the players living on their land. There is much more but it is best for you to try and not look at players who haven't played the game in a while. This game has improved and is starting to act like the beginning when it was in Alpha and Beta. You should give it a try, it's a free to play game after all. Let yourself decide.

The game mechanics are absolutely garbage and half-assed, this game is not even worth the 99 cents.
