This dlc is pretty good at adding content to generally less played areas of the game and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for this price but I say its a decent addition of content to this game. It gives the countries more personality and that's what I like. I know many people are disappointed because of the lack of content or quality coming out of this dlc but I'd rather have these countries play some sort of a role in the game rather than just existing without any relevance. However, I do wish to see a mechanic in the future that adds more sophisticated peace mechanics or something that stops majors from continuously guaranteeing countries you are about to declare war on. The absence of these features is a significant obstacle in the way of expanding our territory because you get stuck in an endless war that just makes the game feel frustrating at times.

Overall I give this dlc a positive review for adding content to bare bone countries but I do believe it could've been a lot better especially with some diplomatic mechanic adjustments.
