I don't care if it's just the take-two "legal team" covering their bases or whatever, I see those scary words in the license agreement and I say steer clear. "Legalese" is a grift by the way. Normal games and normal people never needed this nonsense.

the characters dont loss the clothes when they get hitt to many times like other games in the genre

An excellent puzzle game

I already felt like I'd seen everything there is to this after the first 3 minutes.

Broken analog control, mission achievements wired up wrong (c'mon...), new voices; expired licensing means you're getting generic destinations (fine) and generic music (not fine).
Takes way too much effort to fix all that yourself.
Consider buying the dreamcast or gamecube version to emulate instead.

Janky yet great, it's 3D Sonic.
Playing through takes only like an hour, but if you enjoyed that hour you'll spend another 7 or so getting and doing everything else. The robot's cute! There were enough setpieces and memorable moments and things happening to keep me invested in the story, though my standards are extremely low. Gave me all I needed though.
Get it on sale if you can already tell you won't really care for 100%'ing it.

There's no point to buying this game this long after release anymore now that modding support (specifically OpenIV) was removed.

The entire role playing aspect of the game broke down within the first few hours when I was forced to become best friends with some guy, join his band of brothers and work for him for no reason. Then for no reason I, former housewife, could fight a deathclaw in power armor, regardless of SPECIAL stats or anything. Why didn't the baddies just kill me when they stole my son? Why is my son slightly tanned regardless of his parents' skin colors? Why does the world still look like trash after 200 years? Why didn't anybody kill or at least talk to my cute robot butler?
Why are all the dialogue choices effectively identical?
