this game is unplayable, it always crashed when i launch the game

Before the game launches i am presented with Defunct and Defunct 1.0.1, what's the difference (which one is newer)?

Hi, can't achieve a consistent frame rate.. I even lowered from 4K to 1440P and capped at 72FPS (half my 144 hz panel) with RTSS and it still stops and jerks every say 10 seconds, It only drops to mid 60's but it's the micro stuttering that is the issue. It's making it very unpleasant to play the game. I haven't had an issue like this since Mini Ninjas, although at least there's a fix for that one. My GPU usage is only at 15% with everything maxed out at 1440P and 30% at 4K, and CPU usage is very low. I am...
