I wasn't sure what to expect, and at first the sheer lack of user friendliness and supposedly steep difficulty caught me off guard - forcing me to leave this thing alone for at least 6 months.

Until people starting talking about it, and how much they've enjoyed it. That's when I got hooked and proceeded to explore every area and kill every boss, realising in the process that I've waited years to play this.
