1. Oneshot - 11/10

I've never played a game like Oneshot, that in 6 hours can immerse you in its characters, environment, and story. It immersed me so much that I legitimately cared about what happened to Niko and the world she is trying to save.
Another great aspect of the game is the puzzles you have to solve to progress through the story, and the 4th wall breaking puzzles that make you feel like you are a unique character in the game when guiding Niko.
Easily the best game I've ever played.

2. Persona (Series)

Golden - 10/10
Has the best characters by far. Really no major complaints about, except for a few of the social links kinda being lacking (although watching the Persona 4 Animation really brings those social links new life)

FES - 9.5/10
Personally love the tactics system and is by far my favorite part about FES, sadly it gets degraded every release of a new persona game and didn't return in Reload. Only downside of the Tactics system is it really doesn't work in the Nyx Boss Fight . Additionally has the most compelling story by far. Although I think the ability to save Chidori does kinda undermine it's overhaul story and message .
If you take The Answer into account I'd drop it down to a 9.3/10, as without any of the social sim mechanics it gets really tiring and repetitive quickly.

Royal - 8.8/10
By far has the best gameplay mechanics, although I think Baton Pass does undermine a lot of the difficulty and strategy of team building. Additionally has the best non-party member social links in series. The thing that keeps this game so low for me is the story just doesn't do anything for me. It takes a lot of inspiration from Golden's story, and it doesn't do it better in any notable way. The flash forward scenes also hurt the game's story a lot for me and I would've liked it far more without them. The issue I find with them is, atleast on my first playthrough, is I felt like I already knew what was going to happen at the end of the game, and for the most part I was spot on (excluding Royal's exclusive content). Due to that I had basically no investment in any of the story, except for Futaba's arc which was actually interesting.

3. A Hat in Time - 9/10

This game has loveable characters, great DLCS (besides the Artic Cruise Act 2), a great community, and more.
The modding scene offers almost endless replayability, as the community makes its own Modding Jams for the game.
My personal favorite mod is: The Breathing Sea

4. Celeste - 10/10

The best part of Celeste has to be the story. It's so well made that I couldn't do it justice, so I'd recommend This Video.
But besides the story, Celeste still offers great platforming that feels fair yet challenging and encourages you to play the game at your own pace.
It even offers an assist mode, which doesn't disable achievements or anything.

5. PAYDAY: The Heist [pastebin.com] - 9/10

Best community I've been apart of any probably will ever be apart of. Seriously, never met a community with such a majority of helpful and nice people.

6. Enter The Gungeon - 8.5/10

By far my favorite rouge-like, though it is brought down a far amount by the need to mod it. (Namely for item descriptions so you don't need to pull up a wiki constantly when playing)

7. Paradox Grand Strategy:

Victoria II - 9/10
By far the best paradox game, namely due to the massive amounts of content added by mods like HPM, HFM, and GFM.

Europa Universalis 4 - 8.5/10
Is by far the most in-depth mechanically, but my enjoyment is halted a lot by it's lackluster modding scene (in comparison to Hoi 4 and Vicky II). Most note-worthy exception is Anbennar.

Hearts of Iron IV - 8/10
Great grand-strategy game, with an amazing modding community adding endless map painting and alternate history scenarios.

8. Rainbow Six Siege - 7/10

The most in-depth shooter on the market. This game has a massive learning curve and it's super in-depth, this is what I love about the game.
The only issue I have with this game is the community is very toxic at times.

9. Viscera Cleanup Detail - 8/10

Viscera is the best Sit & Talk game I've ever played.
Amazing for passing tons of time with friends, and for just having a laugh.
It's also really great for those who want to collect all the trophies in the game and get every achievement.
There's also a bit of a story to the game that just adds some flavor to the experience and something for playing to go for when completing levels.

10. Hotline Miami 2 - 8/10

Super good in-depth story, with amazing gameplay mechanics.
