This is a hard to describe game.
It's a detective game where you play a private eye, trying to solve a procedurally generate crime.
If you're a fan of old detective series like Perry Mason, Columbo or Sherlok Holmes, mixed into a Cyber- and Steampunk setting, this game might be interesting for you. It doesn't hold your had too much (maybe a little bit) and without using your brain it won't be easy to solve the crimes, at least on the higher difficulties. So if you're looking for a "Press F to pay respect" type of game, you might want to consider playing something else.
When the developers reach the stage of adding modding support I'm sure there will be all kind of crazy stuff getting added.
The procedurally generated city and its npc citizen surely offers a solid basis for that.
