Basically, I do not speak English.
I will participate in games if invited when I have time, but please use Japanese for all conversations and chats (I will not reply if you speak in English).
If someone who is a friend of mine applies to be friends with me, I will basically allow it (I may confirm it in chat if they are low level or have little or no game in their possession. I still don't forgive the guy who once asked for a card with no quid pro quo.)
