Honestly, i'm gonna go off a limb and say that if Valve doesn't address this whole thing tomorrow or the day after, it's really just a harvest for users trying to take advantage of the game somehow and Valve just decided to have it happen at the dawn of season 4, while everything we're seeing in the forum is more of the same, just with a bunch of smartasses having their greed stomped on hard instead of cheaters.

If the text is really what that user saw, word by word, then it's probably some sort of automated response. The reports part could be actual reports from others they played with or against in-game or... maybe this account was used for bot farming and people reported it for pretty much being an AI playing instead of an actual human, not hard to distinguish these from real people in-game.

There is also a chance that this user might be just to get attention and this player didn't actually reach out to Support.
