Love this gem of a game and with constant updates and expansions there are many reasons to keep coming back!

Yes, but why the stupid launcher

This was a nice idea, but no lessons from the years of console controllers was learned.
It feels like a flimsy plastic toy, not a high quality though-out controller for games.

I do like the multiple button setups and layers, that was a nice touch, but the information given to set this up, or how the controller interacts with the game is completely missing.

And last but not least, it has been abandoned, the last firmware update was 2018!!
And there are still setting labeled "Expirimental" in the year 2022, so it still is in "beta" for over 7years!
Some crafting-survival-indies on this platform are more on the ball ..

So I'll be sceptical of the Steam Deck, probably also a flimsy piece of plastic that will be supported for approx 3 years...

Rimworld is one off my all time favourites, sure I don't have that many hours, but every single minute was enjoyed! The Storyteller(s) is amazing! It gives room to experiment and try new things while also giving you the options for some truly hardcore strategy gaming!

And once you've seen most or all of the base game, there is a treasure trove of Mods available! Some with dev-teams bigger than the game itself!
A wonderful game, with heart and passion and a community with heart and passion!

And of course my third colony consisted of Cannibal Psychopaths only, who've enslaved their enemies, forced them to work, and when the prisonlabor was done or the food supplies ran low, they ate them and wear their skin

Fun so far, I'm currently still T6 and below and have 7d free premium, so can't really say if the free-aspect will be too much of a grind?

But I'm having fun, getting better with tactics and teamplay!

Only just started playing, as you can see, and luckily I didn't start with the Oldrim Edition. /S
Fun game so far.
My total playtime in Skyrim is 761.8hrs + whatever insane number of hours I have on this SSE version of the game.
So obviously I love this game!
"You'll never stop playing Skyrim, you'll only have extended breaks"

AE Update Review:
But €20,- for the Anniversary Edition is insane!
Some of the Creation Club mods are quite nice, BUT you'll still need and unofficial patch for them to function properly. So this means that there is no extra quality assurance and these paid-mods can break your game same as any other mods.
Please support modders through donations and gifts, don't hold content for ransom.

Can't play online, with the Fun Funcom Live-Service!
"Connection Lost" when I start the game...

This bug still persist....

Very Fking annoying

Before the live-service I didn't have a single problem...
But now.. I get Served with the Connection Lost....

The "Connection Lost" bug still persists
~2 years later and many updates later, this is still a problem and a mayor one!

I cannot play online!
1/20 times it connects to the Server Browser but most of the time:
I see the Server Browser, the game is loading..
I can see the Server Browser getting populated with both Official and Private Servers,
But before I can do anything else..
A pop-up blocks the whole screen with the brilliant message:

"Lost Internet Connect"
"Connect to the Internet and Try again"

But I can see the Server Browser getting populated,
I can see the Server that I Favorited load on top,
But I can only click:

"OK"

and get booted back to the Main Menu screen.
Rinse,
Repeat,
