I like to help out, answering questions and giving ideas... You can find Examples and Comparisons and Tests I have done at my Profile Artwork - I also add Game Issues and Problems that I have run into over time and their Solutions if I find one...And Screenshots when I can remember, heh. I do share Screenshots on The Hub and not just my Profile, but try to not clutter it up 'too much'. I also try to help out answering questions in the Discussion Groups when I can (both for Games and in Off-Topic, sometimes).

As a former Security Officer, Computer Technician, Systems Analyst, Network Administrator and then Technical School Instructor over the years, I also enjoy Gaming a lot and have been a Beta Tester in many games - I also enjoy just helping people out and answering questions in games/chat, when I can...

See You In The Game - and have fun no matter what game you play or what type of system you play on (can't we all get along? lol)! #GamersNoMatterWhat

P.S. - If you see me Offline or Away a lot, it is due to a disorder I have, where I must take breaks often. Sorry that I cannot play with you or Chat with you much - I hope that I have helped in some way, with any issues you may have, however!

"By the time Y2K hit, the only things affected were a few 'mom and pop store' POS terminals - and maybe a few PCs that didn't get their chips checked. It was solved. Like some episode of Star Trek, humanity banded together to solve something that could have been catastrophic, in actual reality. Yes, all those stories of "planes falling out of the sky" and "bank accounts being blanked" could have actually occurred - but Banks and Airlines were the very first to be corrected... It was a honor to be a part of the people that worked on the Y2K issue. :ShieldMe: :MedicalCross: "~Tesityr, Systems Analyst who was a Quality Assurance Tester at the time of Y2K

TO DEVELOPERS:
Devs of all games... I love your work, but you are making games backwards and are limiting how good your games can be, by making them for Consoles first. I hate saying this, because it feels like a cop-out and that I'm blaming Consoles, but I'm not (I've played on Consoles since the Magnavox Odyssey 2 and I only have a mid-range PC); it needs to be said though, because games are being limited and crippled, when they could be amazing and push the envelope of technology every time, being scaled down for Consoles AFTER being made to the limits of technology for PCs - this would literally make both crowds happy. As it is, they are all doing it backwards....

...

Are you *really* frustrated at a HITMAN map/level..? Just remember:
"There's no way anyone can be a Witness if there is noone left alive..." /pointstohead
(Then, return to the map/level later, to do it properly/as-intended :Tie: heh)

I will try to help out answering questions in the Steam Forums and add more info here at Steam over time...I am just bad at forgetting to add it (and I have yet to learn how to make Guides haha). I just like helping others, when I can... [due to personal illness, it might be off/on a lot of the time, sorry]

Over 100 hours now and still having a blast [pun not originally intended], blowing things up and coasting around in the sky (parachute or wingsuit), challenging Friends to get 'better scores' in Feats and other Challenges... sometimes just sitting still and listening to the wind in the trees and the birds around, or the sounds of a small bustling town, taking some Screenshots...

The graphics are good - but a little 'odd' looking perhaps. The "AAx2" in the game makes the edges 'fuzzy' but does get rid of most of the 'jaggies' pretty well - the game still looks "good but not absolutely amazing" – as all JC games do - in my opinion. It seems to run really well on a little i3-8300 with a GTX 1060 [mid-range] setup (50-60fps on MAX (highest possible) settings). The game engine still shows far-away-becoming-closer elements with a beauty and smoothness-of-transition that other games do not. It looks a bit more realistic than JC2.

The Story isn't too 'deep', but still there, presented to you in sections, as you play. There are no Factions as in JC2, but the large game world has sections to Liberate and you can do them freely, on your own, aside from the Main Storyline Missions that you are guided through. There are Challenges and Feats, like “Longest Wingsuit Flight” and “Longest Wheelie”; and while there were similar things mentioned in JC2, these are kept track of all on their own, with your Friends List attached to them in JC3, comparing your Scores/Distances with your Friends. You don’t have to ‘call them out’ and 'challenge' your Friends though, if you don’t want to; it will keep track of the Stats all on its' own (but there is an Achievement for "Calling Them Out" and beating their scores!).

There are new inclusions of 'Random Encounters' that you can come across - like flying over a road, you'll be notified on the radio that "there are rebels in a convoy passing by, take over the truck to free them [after Losing Heat]", so you can fly down and hijack the truck, drive off (or fight) until you Lose The Heat, then stop anywhere you want, to let them out = random event Done... Another one is to “steal that Limo” and “pick up the VIP” and then “make it look like an accident...” = random event Done (Random Encounters also Unlock more Areas and Beacons, which are used for Supply Drops, which 'call in' new Weapons or Vehicles to be literally dropped from the sky for you). The new addition of these 'Random Encounters' to the game make the world seem more 'alive' and add to the replay value of the game (you might not see any in one gameplay session, then a few different ones in one sitting).

Explosions and blowing things up never gets old, of course; and all that is here, just like JC2. The weapons (and new ones), the vehicles (and new ones), helicopters, tanks, everything - and even fast-moving and highly-powerful Mechs and a Rocket-Propelled-Wingsuit are in JC3, if you have the DLC. The handling of vehicles is pretty 'easy' - slightly better than JC2, but not much... If I was asked "the weakest part of JC3?", I would say the Vehicle Handling - it's a hard thing to get right in games and different vehicles do perform differently here, but the turning and weight still seems really "arcade-y" to use an older gaming term... Overall, the handling is still not bad though, in my opinion; it is tolerable and once you get the hang of it, you don't notice it as much.

With the Challenges and Feats, the Random Encounters – and of course all the shootin’ and explosions – Just Cause 3 is a no-brainer if you liked previous JC games [sorry that sounds cheesy heh]. Even though JC4 came out not long ago and I've been popping into that, I don’t think I’ll stop playing JC3 off and on. A Personal Favourite. :fist_grapple:
