Only solo. The game is too easy with a partner, yes you don't get access to partner skills but if you enjoy the brutal nature of dark souls and learning boss patterns, soloing is the way to go. With a partner its almost like you don't exist and you can just spam attack.

Don't buy it YET. You can't play solo, you have to SEARCH for a server and it can take up to 10 minutes for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason. The skill tree is confusing as ♥♥♥♥ , you have to equip a skill from the tree and you will EVENTUALLY level it up if you keep it on long enough. I just used a guide where you can grind 4 minute heists and you'll get them all after like 20 or so games. Not fun. Levels are now based off of achievements now? You can play as many heists as you want but if they don't progress a certain challenge you don't level up so they kind of force you to play hard difficulties loud and stealth multiple times. I'm just so frustrated that its missing all the good things about payday 2. Can't wait for 300 DLC again wahoo!!

This game is perfect for keeping your OCD in check

The game is INSANELY shorter than Resident Evil 2. That isn't a bad thing though it really packs in everything about the game and added an absolute needed dodge mechanic which you can really abuse to beat the game.

Compared to RE2 it is way more cutscene heavy and everything looks AMAZING. I do love it when they did put part of the RPD and some backstory to other characters that appeared in RE2 which was awesome.
If you're a fan of the Survival horror genre its just as fun as RE2 but just shorter. Jill looks hot as ever very nice capcom :)

This is game is absolutely breathtaking. I basically sat down and played the whole game within 2 sessions and I have to say I'm baffled at how developers out there are still making incredible immersive story driven games that leave a mark after the game is complete. There's a special connection for me as I am the younger sibling in my family but if someone was indeed the older sibling this game would definitely resonate 100 times more.

From gameplay mechanics to the scenery you pass through this game, its definitely worth every dollar. I love exploring in single player games and it rewards plenty with scattered collectibles. My favourite set would be the flowers. If you find one the main character Amicia will have the flower in her hair for that level and its just so cute having little tiny details that the developers put in. Yes it gets boring looking at your character the whole time but the fact that little addition makes me believe they really put in an amazing amount of effort into the game.

The story is so incredible. It tells a compelling story of a royal(ish) family torn apart by the plague. You mostly inhabit the elder sister of the family as she guides her brother from the plague and the crusaders that want to capture the little brother. She faces many challenges and you can see the sibling rivalry as she has the burden of basically becoming the mother and over time they warm up to each other way more and become a strong team that fights back the plague.

The mechanics is pretty basic, you don't really need knee jerk reactions to complete the game. Every chapter or 2 will introduce new methods of how to proceed through levels and it keeps the pace interesting even though the last skill is the absolute fun to mess with.

TL:DR: The graphics are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful, The gameplay can be beat by even grandma, Storyline is extremely immersive and the characters are enjoyable. 10/10 couldn't have been more happy with my purchase.
