No, really... You can literally turn your enemies into strawberry jam. Mmmm. A lovely red paste. Ahh, yes.

Incredible modern re-imagining of the old school Doom and Quake-type games with it's own distinct style, beautiful graphics and performance. And the blood-pumping soundtrack!

No-nonsense, true to its roots FPS.

There is something (many things) incredible about this Total War title. Attila might be up there with Shogun 2 (back in its prime) as one of the best in the series.

Now that they (mostly) fixed performance issues, playing this on a high-end PC and ultra-wide screen is amazing - especially the battles.

You can get lost for hours and hours in this game, something about the setting, mood and the time period sits just right with me.

Oh yes, most certainly! One of the best games overall in this genre, with enormous attention to detail and storytelling. Top notch level, environmental and sound design. Dark and realistic atmosphere. True to life procedures, gear, weapons and situations. I am very pleasantly surprised. And, the fact you can play this in Multiplayer with real people is incredible!

It could still use some polish, but I believe the developers are aware of that. In Singleplayer Commander mode, it would be great if almost all employees of the Police Station had distinct voices, attitudes and their own stories and responses to your progression in the game.

I will eagerly await further updates for this amazing game and wish the dev team best of luck. In the meantime, I am sure this game has a lot in store for me and I can't wait to experience all of it!

This game is simply awesome.

Not play all day every day awesome... but awesome in shorter sessions, whenever you feel like playing. Also, I bet it's super fun with friends!

No brainer with a discount!

Granted, only played one match, but... it's... aight?
Played thousands of hours of similar games. Nothing groundbreaking here. Apart from the walls and floors apparently (pun intended)

Menus - Perfect. Overall, the user interface is smooth, responsive, great job.

Premise and setting - Interesting, but seems a bit shallow, I dunno. Guess I have higher standards?

Character creation - This one leaves a LOT to be desired. Who is this game marketed towards? Thas' crazy! First of all, let me SELECT A MALE CHARACTER, A MAN. I don't want none of this interchangeable, gender ambiguous, new age nonsense. Instant turn off, you really messed up on this one. Guess these wokey woke companies will never learn...

Gameplay - It's cool. Guns shoot, hitmarkers mark, overall, pretty fun and responsive execution of gameplay. Again, nothing out of the ordinary, didn't woo me greatly. Very small weapon selection. It's one of the better shooters in terms of gunplay, well polished though. I like the Goo Grenade a lot too! But like, there is some sort of progression lacking, it all seems a bit too shallow for my tastes. Will report back after more playtime, I will definitely give it a chance because of a smooth gunplay and possibly fun situations with the environmental destruction and GOO GRENADES!

Graphics - Nice and smooth, on par with 2023 standards.

I feel like developers of this game do lack b4llz though (literally). Everything is just way too sanitized and squeaky clean, to carefully represent the current, younger generation of players with the attention span of a frog, AND to potentially not offend anyone (apart from white, male peepo - bad!), god forbid, so I get it I guess? It also tries too hard to be female-centric or something like that, can't quite put my finger on it. And that's okay, if you wanna go that direction sure, but come on now, be realistic, most of your audience will be sweaty males, or am I wrong?

We will see after couple more weeks and months.

So far, a "meh" recommended from me. What can I say. It needs a lot more than what it is. It is Free to Play after all.

Yes, definitely recommended. Something about it is just relaxing and captivating for me.

The game is built on an old engine, but it's constantly updated with better graphics, more regions to play in and more functionality. I am proud that this game was made by my fellow Czech and Slovak brothers and sisters!

Two minor complaints:
1. GPS functionality and visuals needs a huge overhaul and modernization
2. Road discovery system needs overhaul too. Going back and forth on motorway intersections, roundabouts and various rest stops, just to "discover" that tiny tiny piece of road can be incredibly frustrating and is counterproductive to an otherwise relaxing and interesting travelling experience :-)

I'm gonna say NO to RTX version. This does not deserve its own application, let alone achievements, even though it's free. Poor performance even on high-end systems (RTX 3080/11900K) is getting too much in the way of fun, and actual problem solving of the levels - which is fundamental to Portal. Sluggish because of the mouse latency, difficult to place the Portals right or make smooth movements.

Overall, very hard to enjoy for gameplay, it only serves as a short graphical tech demo which gets old very quickly. Pointless, really.

Stick with the original Portal.

At the time, it was groundbreaking. I still find it interesting.

Once you actually get it up and running, set everything on Ultra and at least 2k resolution - provided you have a powerful PC - the game is amazing.

My only gripe is the hit detection on almost all weapons. Either bullets, or the following damage calculations are just "slow" or "delayed" if you will. You will surely understand what I mean once you play it. This results in very inconsistent gunfights across the board. I can live with it.

There is TONS of content, even if many of the modes and maps are now "dead". But sometimes you get lucky and you get to play these "dead" maps on full servers and it's quite amazing! Because of the enormous amount of content such as weapons and maps and modes, it's always difficult to do an accurate review. Personally - lots of positives, minimum negatives.

Mind you, this review is for the CURRENT state of Battlefield 4. When it was released, this thing was full of paywalls, bugs, broken and overpriced DLCs, overpowered DLC weapons, etc. - typical scummy practices... but we do live in the present, so that is all in the past. Companies will never learn I guess.

Wait for a big sale, get it, and relive the best of BF4. Lots of servers in Europe and United States are always alive!

And lastly, some of the achievements/assignments are just downright silly... Developers must have really hated their players when they came up with some of them. Just ridicilous.

All in all - get it on sale, definitely worth it. You might be pleasantly surprised.
