Negative review to point out the problem with lack of support for ultrawide screens.
It's happening again - DS1 had a problem with resolution, DS2 had a problem with 120hz screens, and now ER won't support ultrawide screens without the help of fans (which bypass anitcheat and can make you banned and/or exclude from online games). Pls FromSoft, it's already half a year after its initial release.

It feels like I played this game for boring 10-15h with no progress. People who are saying that are right, it's not game for everybody (especially if you despise westerns), you need to be patient. So yeah, I bought it for like half of the price and still dropped it.

Ah, it also forced me to install Rockstar Launcher despite buying it on steam. To hell with that.

I'm taking the part in a well-deserved review bombing. Square Enix never really cared (Japanese business plans tend to be the least consumer-friendly overall btw), but now when we know they actually did some effort, fixed the PC version of the game and never patched it here, on Steam... it's just spitting us in the face - and it's like using way too fancy words here, cuz it's way worse. Fix it and treat the players that bought Automata before the GotY edition with proper respect, they gave you their money ffs.
